This guide will walk you through getting started with CUSIP Data APIs, from authentication to your first API request.

First API request

• Create an API key and save it somewhere safe.

  • Go to the CUSIP Data API page.
  • Click on "Request Free Trial" button
  • Fill out the form and submit
  • On submitting the form, you will recieve trial user API key to your eMail.
  • Now click on "Authorize API" button.
  • Enter your trial user API key, then click the "Authorize" button and close the popup.
• Or you can click on "Authorize" button.
• Enter your trial user API key, then click the "Authorize" button and close the popup.
• Select an data API endpoint from the list and click the "Try it out" button.
• Enter the required parameters and click the "Execute" button.
• View the response in the "Response Body" section.
