INFORMATION FOR ALL VISITORS TO THE CGS WEBSITE WHO PURCHASE A SERVICE ON OUR SITE
When you purchase products or services from CGS, we collect your name, company name if applicable, contact information, your credit card information, as well as information about your current purchase. This information is used to support your interaction with our site, to deliver your purchases if applicable and to contact you as necessary to fulfill your service request.

We collect the e-mail addresses of those who communicate with us by e-mail. The e-mail addresses are used only to fulfill your request or to contact you with information related to your request unless you specify that you would like to receive further communications with us via e-mail.

CHANGES TO THE FACTSET ONLINE PRIVACY NOTICE
CGS and FactSet reserve the right to modify this policy at any time in the future. When we do, we will revise the "updated" date at the top of this privacy Notice. Please refer to the online version of this Notice for the latest information regarding CGS's credit card policy.

FEES AND PAYMENTS
The current fees for CUSIP identifier assignments are found here. You will be asked to choose the number of CUSIP's you are requesting. This amount will be used to calculate the amount of dollars that will be placed on hold with your credit card company. Upon review and processing by CUSIP, we will determine if the number of CUSIP's you requested matches the supporting documentation that you provided.

If the request matches the documentation, the transaction will be processed and the credit card will be charged. If the request does not match the documentation, the transaction will be rejected and the credit card will not be charged. You will be contacted by CGS that the request has been rejected and you must resubmit the application again with corrected information.

Once your order has been submitted and accepted, the fee is non-refundable. As a Requestor to the CGS Web Site, you agree to pay all fees and charges incurred in connection with the assignment of a CUSIP identifier at the rates in effect when the order is submitted. Your credit card will automatically be billed upon completion of the CUSIP assignment and will be listed on your statement as "CUSIP Global Services".
